  • Thursday Monday morning, 24-hour call
Coverage:
  • Dates: April 3 (8 a.m.) April 7 (8 a.m.), with ongoing coverage every other month
Other Details:
  • 3 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider in the group
  • Onsite lab and X-ray
  • EMR: Epic
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Neurology
  • Active Indiana medical license
