  • Hospital-Based and comfortable with stroke call in a comprehensive stroke center
  • Dates of Coverage: ASAC until permanent placement is agreed upon
  • Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Sunday - Saturday, 8a - 5p
  • Call Ratio: 1:3
  • Adult: 100%
  • Outpatient: 10%
  • Inpatient: 87%
  • Rehab: 3%
  • Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: Variable
  • Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-15
  • 12 physicians in group
  • 5 APP's in group
  • Lab Onsite and X-Ray Onsite
  • Office Ancillary Staff: 2 RNs, 9 MAs, 9 Patient Care Coordinators (PCC's)
  • Office Equipment: NCV, EMG, EEG
  • BC/BE within 5 years
