Neurology Physician

Shift Details: Standard - Day shift - 5, 8Hr 08:00 - 17:00
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks

Work Details:

• Patients per day: 12 patients/day (36 patient-contact hours/week and 4 hrs. for charting, etc.)
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed Size: 317
• Case/Procedure Experience: BOTOX and ONB preferred
• Practice Setting: Hospital Outpatient

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Neurology
• License Required: AZ License
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications Required: BLS or ACLS
