• Scope: Neurological diagnoses; sub-acute & limited scope with tele presentation exam

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Physicians in Practice: 50

• Support: Radiologist, Hospitalist, RN TelePresenter, Pharmacist, Therapist

• Equipment: 24/7 White Glove, Telehealth Cart Peripherals, EKO Stethoscope, JedMed Camera

• Lab & X-ray Onsite

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:
- Fully remote & equipment will be sent to the provider
- Virtual integration w/ local staff
- Exams conducted via video session
- Portal training (web-based) for assignment of case referrals, VCDH case encounter data, & PHI
- Non-emergent admitted patients only & No curbside consults

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges required: Yes
