MyPoint Credit Union is seeking a Network Technology Manager for our Kearny Mesa corporate office. This position is responsible for designing and managing company LANs, WANs, network segments and network and system security. Position will be responsible for managing PC technician and Network Administration team members, supporting helpdesk and LAN/WAN technologies.

Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position will require after hours and evening work, as well as 24x7 on call support.

The ideal candidate must have the following education/experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience (8 years' experience without college degree) in an IT-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
  • Experience with the following:
    1. Administration of Windows desktop and server platforms, including Windows 11 and Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022.
    2. Administration of Windows Active Directory Services, Exchange, and servers.
    3. Administration of virtualization platforms.
    4. Administration of security principles, theories, and practices.
    5. Design and implementation of networks, LAN and WAN.
    6. Strong understanding of common network services (including DHCP, DNS, SFTP, HTTP, and SSH).
    7. Experience in the installation and support of security systems including firewalls, email filters, web filters, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability testing platforms.
    8. Experience in Active Directory Security and GPO planning, design and implementation in an Enterprise environment.
    9. Experience in mobile technology integration.
    10. Experience in backup/restore of information technology systems and devices including Exchange mailboxes and Active Directory servers.
    11. Experience in designing and supporting high availability networks and systems.
    12. Experience in supporting NAS/SAN environments.
    13. Experience with network routers/switches/firewalls.
    14. Experience supporting telecommunications technologies/equipment with good understanding of Call Center applications.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communications skills.
Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus.

Starting range - $97,359.39 - $121,699.24
