This is a mid- to mid-senior technical position. You will work on a wide variety of issues on a daily basis; however, this position is expected to be a specialist in network concepts, deployment, equipment, and troubleshooting. Candidates should currently be located in (or actively planning to relocate to) the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our office, and the majority of clients, are on the eastern half of the Phoenix metro area. This is a field-first position, so expect to work primarily onsite at client sites; depending on your location and the day's schedule, you would work from home or at the GreenLoop office between client visits. The position is currently approximately 60/40 onsite/remote, but it varies from week to week. Responsibilities:
• As a subject-matter-expert for networking concepts, you will regularly be performing complex network troubleshooting both in-person and remotely. A high level of comfort and demonstrated success performing troubleshooting remotely with little to no direct access to equipment is key to succeeding in this role.
• Perform onsite and remote system and network deployments (Professional Services).
• Provide onsite and remote system and network support (Technical Services).
• Weekend and after-hours work is sometimes required for project work or after-hours maintenance.
• Participates in the on-call rotation responsibilities. Qualifications:
• Previous MSP experience is a significant advantage and will place you at the top of our list. We use ConnectWise Manage and Ninja RMM.
• Strong ability to communicate as part of a team with both team members and clients. Utilizes various communication modes available (phone, IM, email, etc.) appropriately.
• Exceptional initiative; able to make decisions quickly and decisively in the field.
• A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and time-tracking skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detailed, accurate documentation.
• Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to physically lift and move up to 50 lbs required.
• Experience deploying Windows Desktop PCs in a Business or Enterprise environment is required. Experience with deployment or imaging software is preferred.
• Experience deploying business-grade networking gear (especially firewalls, switches, and access points) in SMB business networks (up to 500 devices) is required.
• Experience with troubleshooting SMB networking issues of various kinds is required.
• Most clients use Microsoft 365 as their productivity and collaboration platform. Admin-level familiarity with this platform, including licensing scenarios, common sharing/collaboration functionality, and the ability to support and manage endpoints with Entra and Intune, is required.
• Some experience with Windows Server and Active Directory is strongly preferred.
• MacOS experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly

Compensation:
$80,000-$95,000 per year
