Network Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

Apex Systems is looking to hire a Network Systems Administrator to support our DOD client here at Fort Novosel, AL. All candidates must be a US Citizen and hold an Active Secret Security Clearance. Installs, configures, and maintains system software.
Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues, and deploys solutions.
Plans and implements upgrades, patches, and installation of new applications and equipment.
Creates and maintains a disaster recovery, security, and back-up and restore plan.
May assist with evaluating new technologies to optimize network efficiency and performance. Certifications (IAT Level II) One of the following: CCNA-Security
CySA+
GICSP
GSEC
Security+ CE
CND
SSCP
Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos) or equivalent (required) Required Skills At least 3-5+ years of experience in networking/network management or equivalent field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
350-801-CLCOR, Cisco Certified Specialist-Collaboration Core, 300-815 CLACCM, Cisco Certified Specialist, Collaboration Call Control & Mobility Implementation or equivalent
Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition of employment
