Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in routing and switching, along with an Engineering degree or equivalent education.
Perform day-to-day maintenance and backups to ensure network reliability.
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) and provide monthly uptime reports, bandwidth utilization reports, and interface utilization reports for all devices.
Troubleshoot and debug network and application access issues effectively.
Handle incident management promptly.
Submit periodic performance reports and engage in review discussions regarding equipment efficiency.
Maintain SLA compliance through daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, including interface utilization and hardware reports.
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance and quickly resolve latency and downtime issues.
Implement security protocols to protect data and ensure secure network access.
Document network changes meticulously and maintain configuration records.
Provide escalation support for complex network issues to ensure swift resolution.
