Job Description - Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive data
- Perform system configurations and updates to ensure optimal network performance
- Collaborate with team members on network project planning and execution
- Document all network operations and updates for reference and auditing purposes
- Develop and implement strategies for network optimization
- Conduct regular system checks to prevent potential issues
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in a Cisco environment, particularly with switches and routers
Strong background in migration and upgrade projects
Familiarity with change management processes is highly desirable
Ability to handle heavy workloads in high-demand network environments
