It is your responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Network Operations Center (NOC), including monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network issues, managing a team of network technicians, and ensuring smooth network functionality by providing technical guidance and leadership to their team; essentially acting as the leader in maintaining network stability and resolving problems within the NOC.
