Join Us as a Network Operations Engineer

We seek a proactive Network Operations Engineer with a focus on operational support and customer engagement. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring robust network infrastructure and superior service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide LAN support through incident and problem management, leveraging ITIL best practices.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including new site setups.
  • Utilize expertise in Cisco devices such as switches, firewalls, IPS, wireless controllers, and access points.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and network analysis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee Data Center and business-as-usual (BAU) network operations, support, and project implementations.
  • Contribute to new and ongoing technology projects focused on network scalability, performance, and high availability.
  • Engage in technical discussions with architects and service line managers.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and technical articulation.
  • Troubleshoot guest wireless issues, WLCs, and Access Points (APs).
  • Manage P1/P2 calls effectively and provide on-call support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Cisco certification (CCNP level or higher), and ITIL certification or knowledge are preferred.

Technical Tools:

Familiarity with tools such as NetBrain, Splunk, Cisco Prime, NNMI, Service Now ticketing tools, and DNAC.

The expected annual salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 135,000. This position is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and various other leave options.
