Network Operations Center Technician with Security Clearance

Job Title: Network Operations Center Technician Location: Washington, D.C or New York Clearance: Secret Salary: $60k-$80k Join a dynamic team as a Network Operations Center Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of production user environments. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first line of network defense for production user environments. Monitor and provide alerts across a wide network of products and installations. Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure high availability of deployed products. Provide technical support to a large group of geographically dispersed users. Enable continuous delivery of product bundles through data transfer operations and patch deployments. Provide diagnostic signals to developers on product performance and data health. What We're Looking For: 1+ years of NOC/Systems Administration experience. 8570 Compliant Certification (Sec +, CISSP, etc.). Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting fundamentals. Experience with monitoring systems such as Nagios. Basic Linux experience and scripting experience (Bash, Python, PHP, etc.) preferred.
