QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related eld preferred.
2. Three (3) or more years of experience in computer technology, network administration, and support, with preference given to individuals with prior experience working in a school environment.
3. Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with hardware and networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, and server administration.
4. Demonstrated experience with cloud-based platforms, services, and security.
5. Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, including data loss prevention, data encryption, and compliance with relevant regulations (FERPA, COPPA).
6. Strong knowledge of programming languages, scripting, operating systems, and internet applications.
7. Preference is given to individuals with demonstrated experience or certications in one or more of the following: Cisco Certied Network Associate, Microsoft Certied Solutions Expert, Google Workspace Administrator
8. Preference is given to individuals with experience working in an Apple environment/MDM system, including Apple School Manager.
9. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
10.Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
