Network Engineer

Position: Network Engineer

Location: Skokie, IL

Duration: 1+ Month Contract

Must Haves:

• Networking

• Palo Alto (OR) Firewall

• Azure & Office 365

Job Details:

• Proven experience in enterprise network engineering, including expertise with Juniper switches.

• Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, with hands-on experience in O365 and Azure.

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms, specifically Nutanix, and their integration with network systems.

• Experience with enterprise identity management solutions, including migrations (e.g., OKTA to Microsoft solutions).

• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and troubleshooting tools.

• Manage the Nutanix virtual environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and overall performance.

• Maintain and optimize the organization's Juniper-based network infrastructure, including switches across multiple campus locations.>

Skill Requirements:

• Networking experience-Juniper ideal but not required

• Palo Alto experience preferred but any firewall experience is fine

• Radius authentication knowledge/experience

• Azure & Office 365
