- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)Perform network maintenance and Network Device upgrades including firmware upgrade, patches, hot fixes.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor Network Performance and Traffics .
- Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Support security tools and procedures in conjunction with the companys Global Security Operation (GSO) team
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Hands-on experience in using Infoblox and NetBrain tools.
Essential Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
- 5+ years of proven hands-on network engineering experience
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. HSRP, BGP, EIGRP, 802.11)Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
Desirable Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
