As a Network Engineer, you will be part of the Professional Services department supporting various public sector clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? - Connect with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to achieve significant results.
- Act as a trusted advisor on assigned customer accounts, providing onsite support as needed.
- Contribute to customer problem resolution and innovation while engaging with engineering teams.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems and ensure operational excellence.
- Continuously learn and strengthen technical skills in relevant domains and adjacent technologies.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking.
- Deep understanding of key technologies and protocols in Enterprise Networking.
- Professional R/S level certification (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent is desired.
- Strong operational and consultancy experience with excellent communication skills.
- Expert in Route/Switch, crossover into 9k, Nexus, VXLAN
- Strong Service Provider - MPLS Technical Routing.
- ThousandEyes, App Dynamics, and Splunk experience is a plus
