Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Network Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As a Network Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure, with a primary focus on Cisco (Viptela) SD-WAN support. This position demands an individual with strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and our end users.
While our immediate focus will be on baseline network support and the shift to Cisco (Viptela) SD-WAN technology, candidates with additional experience in voice technologies, particularly Cisco Call Manager, are highly desirable to complement existing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide baseline network support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of network systems and services.
Work directly with our end-users on a daily basis when troubleshooting issues.
Support and manage Cisco (Viptela) SD-WAN infrastructure, ensuring upkeep, maintenance, and monitoring.
Assist in identifying and diagnosing network performance issues and implementing corrective measures.
Collaborate with the team to ensure business continuity and optimal network performance during transitions to Cisco (Viptela) SD-WAN platform.
Proactively handle network requests, including user connectivity issues, configuration updates, and equipment deployment.
Work directly with telecom/internet provider support which will include opening and managing tickets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of core routing, switching, network principles, protocols, and architecture.
Hands-on experience with Cisco (Viptela) SD-WAN technologies and DMVPN support.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network and connectivity issues.
Experience working with Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
Experience using Catalyst Center (formerly named Cisco DNA Center - DNAC).
Experience using scripting to program and deploy Cisco equipment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Provide baseline support for Cisco Call Manager integration and management, helping address gaps where needed.
Experience with Cisco ISE, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Zscaler, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Familiarity with SolarWinds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
