Adoni Networks is looking for a Network Engineer to join our growing team in La Crosse, WI. This field service role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, supporting multiple small to medium-sized business clients, managing projects, maintaining networks, and providing high-touch technical support both on-site and remotely. Responsibilities: What You'll Do:
• Deploy and manage networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of network issues across various environments
• Monitor network performance and ensure security best practices
• Install and configure hardware, software, and services (cloud & on-premise)
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding technology decisions and improvements
• Provide desk-side and remote IT support with a customer-first mindset Qualifications: What You Bring:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field - OR equivalent real-world experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (workstation & server environments) and Active Directory
• Strong IT support experience and Microsoft Office skills (tested by assessment)
• Bonus if you have experience with:
• Office 365, Gmail, Cisco, VMware, Apple, Linux
• Azure or other cloud infrastructure
