Network Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on security architecture, improvement, management, and remediation

• Deployment, integration, and support of secure, robust and compliant network infrastructure

• Have experience in the deployment of Fortinet solutions

• Manage and maintain network security protocols, ensuring the infrastructure is resilient to potential threats.

• Perform regular updates, patches, and firmware upgrades on Fortinet devices to ensure optimal security and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fortinet solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

• Skilled in firewall policy configuration, NAT, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and threat prevention.

• Solid understanding of protocols, routing, and switching.

• Experience with high-availability configurations and resolving complex network issues.

• Familiar with FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiAuthenticator, and large-scale, multi-site network infrastructures.

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations
