The role you'll contribute:
Are you curious, driven, and customer focused? Do you have a passion for network management and visibility tools? AdventHealth is looking for you. We're looking to fill an Associate level Enterprise Network Engineer role with a focus on network visibility, tooling, and management. Your primary focus will be on management and care and feeding of network visibility tools such as Cisco DNAC, Cisco Prime, NetBrain, and SolarWinds. To be successful, you will need to be able to collaborate, operate in a cross functional environment, and have demonstrated competence in enterprise networking and network tools management.

Network Administration
The Technical responsibilities of the Network Visibility and Management focused Enterprise Network Engineer (Associate) include:
Plan - Assist with developing and maintain a roadmap for network visibility and management services.
Design - Assist with design and planning for network visibility and management systems and services.
Build - Assist with build and deploy network visibility and management systems and services.
Support - Provide customer issue resolution and maintenance functions for network visibility and management systems and services.
Administration
Examples of the administrative responsibilities for the Network Visibility and Management focused Enterprise Network Engineer (Associate) include, but are not limited to, the following:
Change Control - Adhere and follow all change management policies to ensure that the work is documented and meets the organizational requirements.
Documentation - Document administrative items, projects, and support issues as needed to provide a reference to team members, other teams, and management.
Incident and Request Management - Ensure incidents and requests adhere to the organizational requirements and are resolved within appropriate service level agreements.
Collaboration - Embody a spirit of knowledge sharing and collaboration with peers, customers, and leaders.
Personal Development - Seek ways to develop in areas that are relevant to the current role held within the organization.
Project Support - Support team processes for project management, reporting, and time keeping.
