Description We are now seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a
Network Engineer III in our

Responsibilities & Duties - Troubleshoot network and server problems.
- Serve as one of the primary escalation points for complex network issues.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Lead meetings with NOC customers.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained on tickets.
- Develop and train on NOC processes and procedures.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
- Develop and implement advanced network solutions and architectures.
- Stay up to date with emerging network technologies and trends.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for customer network initiatives.
QualificationsEducation: - A bachelor's degree in computer/management information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent is required.
- Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requiring a high school diploma or a GED is required.
- Industry-relevant certifications at the advanced level (CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, etc.)
Experience: - Expert-level knowledge of ethernet switching, IP routing, VoIP, DNS, and other networking principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating, troubleshooting, or designing Internet Service Provider Networks at an expert level.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and/or coding is preferred but not required.
- Expert level understanding of multiple ISP broadband access and core technologies (Adtran, Calix, Cambium, Juniper, Cisco, Ciena, Arista, etc).
Skills: - Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead meetings and complex projects with customers.
Additional InformationWork Schedule: - Full-time, non-supervisory.
- Work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation.
