Network Design Engineer with Security Clearance

Network Design Engineer Scottsdale, AZ Contract Position $58.13-$63.13/Hour Network Design Engineer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space & Defense company. Responsibilities: Design and plan network systems, as well as provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture. Deliver specific, detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements. Coordinate third party maintenance for network equipment and troubleshoot problems with department users and network administrators. Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, hubs, bridges and gateways, etc. Qualifications: U.S. Citizen is required by federal law Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field and 5+ years of experience (or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience) Capable of performing technical analysis in data network planning, engineering, and design Subject matter expert (SME) in one discipline/field and developing working knowledge in adjacent discipline/field Develop and provide innovative and creative solutions to a variety of difficult problems of considerable scope and complexity, using established precedent and policies Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer What to Expect Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation which may include education, criminal and work history verifications.
