Network Configuration Engineer with Security Clearance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting network solutions and hands-on experience configuring routers and switches to support mission-critical systems. This role requires a minimum of a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification, with a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain network architectures to meet client specifications and performance requirements. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, and related network hardware. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and secure network solutions. Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and protocols. Provide technical expertise and documentation for network configurations and deployments. Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance (mandatory). Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification required; CCIE certification highly preferred. Proven experience architecting network solutions and configuring enterprise-level routers and switches. Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting DoD or government clients.
