Network Availability Quality Assurance Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Availability Quality Analyst to assist the lead in ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing quality assurance processes, monitoring network performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Assist the lead in providing network availability quality assurance
Develop and maintain network availability and performance metrics in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan
Raises issues, questions and concerns; Validates results, reports discrepancies, and follows through to ensure that all issues are resolved
Design and implement quality assurance processes for network operations
Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify trends and potential issues
Conduct regular audits of the availability management system to ensure compliance with customer's policies, procedures, governance and ITIL guidelines
Collaborate with network operations, engineering, and support teams to implement improvements
Develop and maintain documentation for network quality processes and procedures
Create and present regular reports on network availability and quality metrics to stakeholders
Identify and implement best practices for network availability and resilience
Participate in capacity planning and network expansion projects
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) team to enhance overall network quality and performance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related work experience
Understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, SDN)
Good working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processes
ITIL V3 or 4 certification and training Experience with network monitoring and performance management tools
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
TS/SCI with Poly required Desired: Experience in a leadership or mentoring role
Working knowledge with ServiceNow
Advanced ITIL certifications or training

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
