- They have to understand they are going from NetScaler to F5 -
- Any general networking experience is a plus, NSX, or physical network, knowledge of security ports and protocols.
- They won't be doing firewall work but they will be working in DMZs -
- Scripting: python and f5 I rule would be preferred
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Application Delivery solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.
- Scripting and automation knowledge and demonstrated experience.
Direct experience in the design and implementation of large-scale Application Delivery solutions:
- f5
- Avi/NSX
- NetScaler
- Azure, AWS, & GCP native Load Balancing
- Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with Application architects and Infrastructure teams.
- Ability to create architectural and design recommendations including financial justification and present to peers and senior managers.
- Self-starter and capable of setting direction, seeking opportunities for improvement with minimal supervision while demonstrating leadership to other badged employees and contractors.
