- Perform architecture, design and engineering services for the Data Network Environment
- Comply with Company's LAN / WAN / VPN / security strategies and requirements
- Recommend LAN / WAN / VPN / security requirements based on industry best practices
- Work with Company to review requirements for LAN / WAN / VPN / security services
- Develop network design/configuration, engineering and security testing and integration procedures that meets requirements and adhere to defined policies
- Work with Company to approve network design, and integration procedures
- Prepare network design, engineering and schedules to support new and enhanced applications, architectures, and standards
- Analyze and provide recommendations of improvements and upgrades for budget planning each year
- Approve the scheduling of all changes to the network environment
- Co-ordinate with Company and Company Entities and public carriers as requested for network infrastructure Services
- Request and expedite WAN circuits, Equipment and Services as approved by Company
- Provide escalated support for the Data Network environment
- Develop and document network provisioning and administration policies
- Perform architecture, design and engineering services for network environment technologies, including SD-WAN and cloud networks (e.g., Azure network, Express Route)
