Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze network activity, including intrusion detection and virus protection
- Configure and maintain new and existing workstations, mobile devices, and system printers.
- Configures, maintains, and monitors user access to role-related applications
- Manage the availability, performance, and security of all applications installed on CCMH servers
- Assists in managing virtual server and workstation environment
- Assists in managing Single Sign-On environment
- Assists in optimizing end user adoption of CCMH-approved applications and security policies.
- Installs, maintains, and monitors CCMH-supported applications
- Manages remote access to network.
- Installs and maintains workstations, mobile devices, and system printers.
- Assists front-line staff with login and accessibility needs

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma, Required.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Field specific certification beneficial, not required.
- 2-3 Years experience of network management in mid-sized organizations, preferred.
- Hands-On experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, preferred.
- Hands-On experience with mainstream network and security solutions.
