Network Administrator - High-Tech Distribution Hub

Step into a cutting-edge environment at one of the most innovative distribution hubs in the industry. Spanning 400,000 square feet and powered by over 120 autonomous robots, this facility is a benchmark in modern logistics. We're seeking a Network Administrator with deep experience in Cisco Meraki and enterprise networking to drive infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration & Support
  • Configure, manage, and monitor Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, security appliances, and firewalls.
  • Ensure high availability and optimal performance of network services across the site, resolving connectivity and performance issues proactively.
  • Administer and support VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation strategies.
  • Conduct regular firmware updates, system health checks, and log analysis for network hardware.
Infrastructure Deployment
  • Lead network expansion efforts across new operational zones, including deployment of switches, access points, and structured cabling.
  • Collaborate with IT and automation teams to support the integration of robotic systems and connected devices.
  • Participate in network-related aspects of infrastructure and corporate projects, ensuring seamless execution and documentation.
IT Support & Operations
  • Act as Level 2 escalation for networking issues, supporting a workforce of over 200 users across desktop, mobile, and handheld systems.
  • Troubleshoot and support connected technologies including PCs, barcode scanners, Zebra printers, mobile terminals, and IoT devices.
  • Perform administrative tasks in Azure Active Directory and Office 365, managing user access, group policies, and security configurations.
Asset & Configuration Management
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network assets, IP schemes, hardware inventory, and system configurations.
  • Assist with IT asset lifecycle management, procurement coordination, and deployment tracking for network equipment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of network administration experience, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Expertise with Cisco Meraki solutions and dashboard-based management of enterprise networks.
  • Knowledge of traditional Cisco CLI-based hardware is a plus.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS environments and managing MDM platforms like Intune or Jamf.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, O365, and ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Cisco Meraki-specific credentials are highly valued.
