- Support and manage enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless).
- Perform configuration, performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Conduct wireless site surveys and network audits.
- Ensure 24x7 availability via on-call rotation (EST business hours + after-hours/weekends).
- Adhere to change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors (Cisco, Arista TAC).
- Keep network documentation updated and follow compliance standards.
- Continuously learn and support new technologies as required.
