Role Description: We will provide you opportunity to become Automation and Tooling Engineer, Subject matter expertin specific Automation, Fault, Configuration Management, Performance or Packet Analyzer Toolsduring it's specific lifecycle phase:o Automation Tools are Brokerage developed / integrated Testing & AutomationFrameworks for high added value engineering activitieso Configuration Management Tools are either Vendor or Developed Utilities / Scripts thatentering to the network devices through CLI / API methods, discovering the devices andcollecting diagnostics / execute specific commands.o Fault and Performance Management Tools are Alerting / Performance Management Tools,that are mainly Vendor Products to Client, poll the network devices or receiving SNMPtraps / alerts, telemetry information or syslog messageo Packet Analyzers are specific Network Monitoring tools that capturing network traffic datafor further inspection about core infrastructure or application performance measurement.? Ownership during end-to-end lifecycle of Tools - From Proof of Concept - Pilot - Deployment /Production - Regular Maintenance - Decommissiono Review and Interoperability Testing of new Versions of Automation Utilities & Tools, testingagainst underlying Enterprise Infrastructure elements compatibilityo Validate network devices against Automation Utilities & Tools - check Monitoring,Configuration gathering functions and to make sure the network devices and componentsmodelled properly also in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)o Create / Maintain Scripts / Utilities for Tools Integrations / Certification / Maintenanceo Deployment of Tools / Utilities to Managed, HA and Geo-Redundant Data Centreso Manage Operations of Tools? Act as team representative for regular scheduled network management review meetings? Provide coordination and act as a team interface between Network Engineering, NetworkOperations and Automation / Tooling Teams.? Facilitate and coordinate work with external vendors for tooling regarding bugs / updates andupgrades? Participate in network management design and peer reviews Competencies: Digital : Python, EIS : Network Engineer
