Insight Global is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team remotely, working with our largest data center client. This role involves managing network operations, handling daily requests, providing services for internal and external customers, incident response, monitoring, planning, and implementing changes in the network infrastructure during maintenance windows. Responsibilities include provisioning and troubleshooting customer network circuits, implementing approved network setups and configuration standards, and developing and maintaining internal process documentation. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation, providing fourth-level technical support for escalated customer issues, and supporting Sales Engineers on an ad hoc basis.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong cultural fit, responsible, and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Cisco IOS
- Proficiency in routing protocols and techniques: OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRF, HSRP
- Proficiency in switching protocols and techniques: STP, LACP, Port-Channeling, SPAN, vPC
- Experience with wireless technologies (802.11)
- Experience with tunneling/VPN protocols and technologies: IPSec, GRE
- Ability to analyze packet captures and network device logs
- Experience in securing data, control, and management planes: dot1X, Port Security, ACL, CoPP
- Experience with AAA protocols and applications: TACACS, RADIUS, Cisco ISE
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with firewalls, particularly Palo Alto
- Preferred experience with Python, network automation tools, Linux OS, Splunk, and LogicMonitor
- ccna
