We are seeking a Network Administrator to support and maintain our IT and OT network infrastructure across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring reliable and secure connectivity, optimizing network automation, monitoring performance, and assisting with cross-functional IT/OT integration efforts.


This position reports to the Senior Network Administrator and works closely with both IT and OT teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Network Infrastructure Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises network systems.
  • Assist with the configuration and deployment of networking hardware in new and existing facilities.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for network processes and configurations.

Automation & Optimization

  • Support the use of AI-driven monitoring tools and automated diagnostics to improve network efficiency.
  • Utilize patch management systems to streamline troubleshooting and system updates.

Incident Response & Security

  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Conduct daily network security checks and review dashboards for anomalies.
  • Help ensure compliance with vendor SLAs and internal standards.

Backup & Server Maintenance

  • Monitor daily backups and test automated virtual machine restores.
  • Assist in managing on-premises servers to maintain uptime and performance.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with IT and OT teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Share insights with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or similar
  • Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructures
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and diagnostic tools
  • Familiarity with both Linux and Windows Server environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
