Role: NetSuite Technical Consultant
Location: San Francisco,CA
Position Type: Contract Role Description:
• Provide and contribute technical expertise on NetSuite Technical areas like Suite Builder which include Custom Fields, Custom Forms, Custom Records & Custom Centers, Suite Analytics (Dashboards, Searches & Reports), Suite Flow (Workflow), Suite Script, Suitelet
• Provide L3 Support services for issues on NetSuite application and related customizations
• Root Cause Analysis of issues, provide fix and resolution, update KEDB
• Translate functional design into technical design
• Ensure coding standards and review processes
• Identify administrative and technical feasibility of requirements as well as associated change requirements
• Co-ordination with Oracle NetSuite for issue resolution within own area of responsibility
• Provide and contribute specific functional expertise in NetSuite Procure to Pay (P2P) process
• Provide L3 Support services for issues on NetSuite P2P process and related customizations
• Development and execution of detailed issue resolution plans with Customer
• Make setup/configuration recommendations and execute setup
• Co-ordinate activities with other application modules regarding integration touch points
• Facilitate the resolution of issues/problems
• Translate business requirements for P2P into systems design and specifications
• Co-ordination with Oracle NetSuite for issue resolution within own area of responsibility
• Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for solutions
