The NetSuite Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the NetSuite ERP system. This includes troubleshooting issues, configuring the system to meet business needs, and working with stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of NetSuite, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

NetSuite Support Analyst Responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within NetSuite Support as needed.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to create, document, and implement fixes for any issues with existing eCommerce workflows or integrations.
  • When needed, connect with customers (usually with TSM/PSR support) to solve issues with Customer Center and login/functionality.
  • Assist in configuring NetSuite modules, fields, workflows, and scripts as necessary to align with the process, task or objective.
  • Work directly with the IT helpdesk to align, assign or edit any user permissions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any special projects that involve NetSuite or related systems to support the project, while collaborating with cross-functional Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
  • Build strong rapport with colleagues across various departments to increase communication, encourage proactive communication, and improve processes between departments.
  • Develop and maintain all user guides, SOPs, and any related documentation, as processes evolve and/or become outdated. Communicate with team members as necessary to ensure awareness of any updates.
  • Become a subject matter expert in both internal and NetSuite processes, including NetSuite basic functionality, NetSuite custom functionality, Suburban customizations, and the correlation between them.
  • Use the proper processes to identify incorrect or misrouted transactions and be able to remedy a fix and create notifications for teams in the moment
  • Analyze business processes and develop "end-to-end" process documentation using NetSuite-based solutions.
  • Work with finance, sales, and operations teams to align NetSuite with business and functional goals, while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline operations.
  • Create/manage saved searches and reports in NetSuite.
  • Provide data analysis and insights as necessary to support decision-making.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and proper usage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues. Be the main point of contact for the Suite Requests inbox and understand when escalation is required.
NetSuite Support Analyst Qualifications and Skills:
  • Adheres to Suburban Automotive Services' DRIVEN values.
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Functional knowledge of multiple departments of their vertical (i.e., operations, sales, inventory, and accounting).
  • Ability to have detailed conversations with business and operations to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen, while focusing on communications and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in a fast-paced environment; results-oriented with a consistent track record.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and be able to design training on it.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms, including appropriate corporate jargon where applicable.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to solve technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
