Position Overview
Our client is seeking a NetSuite & Systems Administrator to own the configuration, support,
and optimization of their internal systems-primarily NetSuite and Salesforce. Reporting to the
CFO, this onsite role plays a vital part in streamlining operations, improving data integrity, and
enhancing real-time decision-making.
What You'll Do
Serve as the in-house expert for NetSuite and Salesforce administration
Configure workflows, dashboards, scripts, and integrations to improve productivity and
data accuracy across departments
Monitor and maintain data health and synchronization across NetSuite, Salesforce, and
other tools like Zendesk and Wrike
Analyze data and deliver actionable insights via KPI dashboards and custom reports
Provide training, documentation, and tier-1/2 support to users across the organization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT to solve system-related
business problems
What You Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite (certifications a plus: SuiteFoundation,
ERP Consultant)
Experience managing Salesforce integrations, user roles, and basic customization
Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, scripting, and data architecture
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration tools
Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
