•  General, bread & butter Nephrology services
•  Clinical Incentives: Opportunity to work for a large healthcare system vs. private group with established inpatient and dialysis centers
•  Call Responsibilities:
•  Hospital Call: (1:5)
•  Practice Call: (1:2)
•  Schedule:
•  2-3 Clinic Days
•  Other days: Inpatient and Dialysis Centers
•  Average Daily Census: 18 Patients Per Day
•  Group Size: 1 other Nephrologist, 1 Experienced Advanced Practitioner
•  EMR: EPIC
