- Physician will work 7 days on/ 7 days off in Grand Rapids; followed by 7 days on/ 7 days off in Muskegon.
- Call only occurring during 7 day on period.
- Will have the opportunity to work with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
- Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible new graduate
- If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
- Not open to commuters and/or those looking for secondary employment
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. - Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Pediatrics: Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
- MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Be willing to work out of both Grand Rapids and Muskegon (note willingness to travel in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
