Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opening in North Carolina Located in Fayetteville, NC - Raleigh 65m Service area of 335,000 people Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed position Experience required Joining a NICU to work in collaboration with the Neonatologists Schedule: 3, 14-hour shifts per week (sometimes longer as needed) NNPs primarily used for nights, but may do days depending upon staffing needs No call Day Shift averages 6-8 patients per day while night shift covers the ICU and intermediate nursery They cover high risk deliveries and do transport from outlying hospitals The unit does not care for surgical babies Experience required FMV compensation plus generous benefits including Paid Malpractice, CME Time and Allowance, Accrued Paid Time Off, retirement, health, dental, and other desirable benefits.
