Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Shift: 8-Hour Days

• Perform physical examinations and patient visits
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests
• Make appropriate referrals to either a physician or specialist as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure consistent patient care
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Display a caring and professional attitude at all times
• Operate as the Pediatric Emergency Nursing Coordinator
• Oversee and ensure high-quality, comprehensive emergency medical services for children within the Emergency Department

• Minimum of five years pediatric experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
• TX License: Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Active TX license, and Board Certification
• Experience in nursery, NICU, and pediatrics
