Position Details
- Patient Population: High-risk moms and babies
- Setting: Level III NICU at McLeod Regional Medical Center
- Responsibilities: 24-hour in-house coverage with daytime support from neonatologists
- Required Procedures: Must meet NICU standards (specific procedures discussed during interviews)
- EMR System: Not specified
- Support Staff: Neonatologists, NNPs, and a multidisciplinary team
- Days Per Month: As scheduled
- On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour in-house coverage
Submission Requirements
- Master s Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing REQUIRED
- APRN National Specialty Certification (NNP Board Certified) REQUIRED (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
- SC License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience (RN experience not included) REQUIRED
