Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join an organisation based in Manchester.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Officer:
- Identify and manage low level breaches of tenancy
- Conduct estate inspections and tenancy visits
- Liaise with third party agencies including local authorities, police and support services
- Manage anti-social behaviour
- Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service
Essential Requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK Driving Licence
