In this role, you will develop intelligent language models and search systems to streamline access to technical documentation, logs, and internal support content. Your work will directly improve the efficiency of IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and implement NLP solutions for document classification, summarization, and information extraction from IT-related content such as logs, manuals, and tickets. Develop and fine-tune models to answer internal IT queries using structured and unstructured knowledge base content. Create and manage embeddings and vector-based search capabilities to enhance helpdesk performance and automate routine query resolution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT Support to align NLP solutions with operational needs. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with modern NLP frameworks and tools such as spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain. Proven experience working with enterprise-scale text data including service tickets, system logs, and technical documentation. Familiarity with vector databases and search infrastructure, such as Elasticsearch, Pinecone, or FAISS. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Natural Language Processing,Information Systems, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience deploying NLP models in production environments. Knowledge of MLOps best practices and scalable model training/inference pipelines.
