In this role, you will architect and implement intelligent automation tools that integrate seamlessly with enterprise IT environments, helping modernize and optimize support processes at scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate IT service desk operations, including virtual agents, chatbot interactions, and auto-ticketing systems. Integrate AI capabilities with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such asServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools. Lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI-based decision support systems to assist with incident resolution and service optimization. Customize large language models (LLMs) for internal knowledge base search, contextual understanding, and intelligent response generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and business units to ensure successful AI adoption and integration. Required Qualifications: Proven experience working in enterprise IT environments, with a strong grasp of systems integration and service management frameworks. Hands-on expertise in implementing LLMs, building API integrations, and leveraging knowledge graphs for intelligent data retrieval and inference. Solid understanding of AI applications in IT operations, including support automation, anomaly detection, and performance monitoring. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying AI models in production environments. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes Certifications related to ITIL, AI/ML, or cloud architecture are a plus.
