This role focuses on modernizing workforce management solutions, specifically transitioning from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, integrating, and supporting workforce systems that enhance operational efficiency across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. You will join a collaborative, agile team working on high-visibility initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support integrations and features in UKG Pro WFM,Kronos WFC, and associated platforms. Develop Boomi-based integrations to replace legacy systems. Collaborate closely with solution architects, product managers, and engineering teams. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with security, availability, and performance standards. Contribute to technology evaluations and demos for new workforce management solutions. Provide troubleshooting and production support during deployments and operations.
