SharePoint Solution Development & Automation Design and implement SharePoint-based solutions to replace manual, PDF, and paper-driven processes. Integrate SharePoint with other systems via APIs to streamline workflows. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. 2. SharePoint Environment Optimization Analyze the existing SharePoint environment and propose improvements to boost performance, usability, and security. Recommend a hierarchical structure for improved SharePoint configuration and governance. Integrate other platforms and systems into SharePoint as needed. 3. Intranet Migration to SharePoint Develop and present a comprehensive intranet migration plan with minimal business disruption. Provide recommendations for site architecture, content migration, and user access. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address migration-related concerns. 4. Team Collaboration & Documentation Partner with internal teams to design, test, and deploy SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs.
