TheCourt Information Systems Division (CIS) delivers technology solutions that enhance judicial processes, ensure public access to court information, and develop online court-related services. CIS follows theDisciplined Agile framework and values a collaborative, team-based environment.Position Summary The AOC is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join a cross-functional Agile team responsible for the full software development life cycle of acloud-based court management system. The developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining this critical application supporting the Arkansas Judiciary. ?Key Responsibilities Collaborate within an Agile team following the Disciplined Agile Methodology. Assist with the development and integration of a veterans' application into the new court management system. Design, code, debug, and test application software and generate reports. Optimize application performance through tuning and monitoring. Adhere to established development standards, policies, and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues. Document progress and technical procedures regularly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in application development. Technical Skills & Competencies Required Skills: Full lifecycle application development (2+ years) .NET Core development in a cloud environment (2+ years) Entity Framework Core (2+ years) C programming in the .NET Framework (2+ years) Design and development of RESTful web APIs (2+ years) Front-end development using React, Next.js, andMaterial UI (2+ years) Version control using Git (2+ years) Experience with AWS services (1+ year) Familiarity with AWS Lambda (1+ year) Preferred Knowledge: Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases Front-end design and UI/UX best practices Test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing Cloud-native architecture and deployment strategies Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Eagerness to learn new technologies and maintain technical proficiency
