Introduction:
We are seeking a seasoned nCino Salesforce Architect with over a decade of experience in Salesforce, including significant expertise in nCino implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background, demonstrating the ability to design and govern scalable solutions within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic architectural guidance for Salesforce and nCino implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

nCino Expertise: Lead the implementation, customization, and version management of nCino solutions, evaluating impacts and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design comprehensive solutions that leverage Salesforce and nCino capabilities effectively.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of custom solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and development.

At least 5 years in an architectural role, providing high-level guidance and governance on Salesforce projects.

Over 3 years of direct experience with nCino, encompassing implementation, version upgrades, and impact assessments.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns.

Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes, particularly in relation to loan origination and management.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or nCino certifications.
