We are looking for a Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 with expertise in procurement and inventory management to support and enhance our operations. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys designing and optimizing business processes using D365, we want to hear from you.

Basic Job Functions:
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Assist in the design, documentation, and maintenance of D365 Finance & Operations with a focus on procurement and inventory management.
  • Support applications that integrate with Microsoft D365.
  • Analyze business needs. Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient D365 solutions.
  • Optimize system performance. Use in-depth functional knowledge of D365 to maximize automation and process effectiveness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Lead discussions between business and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality. Perform quality assurance, data governance activities, and manage process change requests.
  • Manage end-to-end projects. Oversee the scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment of projects from start to finish.
  • Provide expert guidance. Offer best practices and solution alternatives in functional design documents.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Equivalent combination of experience and education is also acceptable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or performing Business Analyst responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in steel or metal related industry.
