Navy Financial Manager What We Are Looking For: Lynch Consultants is seeking several financial managers with Navy FMO / BSO experience. This is a great career opportunity to join a growing professional advisory firm. The ideal person(s) thinks big, enjoys working arm-in-arm with Navy financial personnel, and is vested in growing the Firm's Navy practice. This role has unlimited upward mobility up to, and including, partnership. Requirements: U.S. Citizenship (Required) Active SECRET Clearance (Required) BA/BS Degree (Required) 4+ years of work experience in FMO, a BSO, and/or N-8 (Required) Must live in the National Capital Region (NCR) and willing to work each day on-site with the Firm principals and Navy clients; or live near, and work on-site with specific BSOs. Skills: Proven capability providing Navy financial operations and transformation. Experience with DON FM systems, including: Navy ERP, PIEE (WAWF, EDA), BEV/DARQ, and ARC. Experience with Data Analytic tools, including: Advana/Jupiter (specifically the Navy applications ), Qlik, Data Bricks, UIPath, and Palantir Foundary. Experience working in FMO, NAVSEA , NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVSUP. Expert Navy ERP Functional Knowledge, specifically: Financial Reporting capabilities and Trading Partner Recons, Statement of Budgetary Resources, Obligations, and Expenditures. Unique functional knowledge concerning: Valuation of Assets, Capital Leases, FMPM Knowledge/Management, Audit Response, Internal Testing Procedures (consistent with A123 Standards as well as understanding substantive audit procedures), and Agency Financial Report Compilation. Preferred: Experience within the established DON consulting community, and/or as an auditor as part of the IPA team. Experience as a DON financial manager in uniform or government service.
