Navy Finance Highly Qualified Expert What We Are Looking For: Lynch Consultants is seeking an expert financial manager with significant Navy FMO / BSO experience, who has a passion for advocating and assisting financial transformation. This is a tremendous career opportunity to join a growing professional advisory firm in a senior role. The ideal person(s) thinks big, are experts in Navy financial issues and leadership, and is vested in growing the Firm's Navy practice. This is a partnership-track role for the right person. Requirements: U.S. Citizenship (Required) Active SECRET Clearance (Required) BA/BS Degree (Required) 10+ years of work experience in FMO, a BSO, and/or N-8 (Required) Must live in the National Capital Region (NCR) and willing to work each day on-site with the Firm principals and Navy clients. Skills: Expert capability with Navy financial management. Expertise + vision to assist the Navy implement transformation initiatives regarding processes, systems, and AI. Active professional relationships across Navy leaders in FMO, the BSOs, and/or N8/9. Significant experience with DON FIAR. Experience with DON FM systems. Preferred: Experience as Manager, or greater, within the Big 4 and consulting community. Experience as a DON leader in uniform or government service.
